These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Power Ranker ("we", "us") governing your use of the Power Ranker app and services. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Power Ranker. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You choose a username that others can see. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → menu → Account → Delete account.
You keep ownership of the content you create: sets, item names and images, rankings, votes, scores and messages. By posting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the app so the service can function. You choose who can see a set when you create it. You are responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to share it.
The albums, artists, songs, artwork and previews shown in the app come from Apple Music and belong to their respective owners. They are provided so that you can rank and score music, and may not be copied, downloaded or redistributed from the app. Linking your own Apple Music account is optional. Power Ranker is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple. Apple Music is a trademark of Apple Inc.
If you turn notifications on, we may notify you about activity that involves you, such as friend requests, messages, game invites and votes on your sets. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in your device settings.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, bullying, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that depicts violence or endangers others, and not to impersonate anyone, spam, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. You agree to use the reporting and blocking tools rather than retaliating.
You can report objectionable content and block abusive users from within the app. We review reported content and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we aim to act on reports of objectionable content promptly.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Some content you contributed to shared sets may remain after your account is deleted, in anonymized form.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
The web version of Power Ranker is protected by reCAPTCHA, which we use to verify that requests come from a real browser rather than an automated script. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
